You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Items that are damaged due to misuse, or not in original condition, are not eligible for return.

🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us at:

💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If rejected, we will notify you with the reason.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
